My name is Adi and I studied Computer Science and Business at Cornell University. I am passionate and good at envisioning, defining, programming, launching, and growing products for tomorrow. I thrive in and seek to create an innovative and fast paced environment which will help unleash the full potential of technology for tomorrow's world.

An overview of my experiences includes these highlights:

  • Microsoft: Working as a Program Management intern on the Windows Storage and File System team

  • Belle Apps: Started a web and mobile app development company and grew it to $50,000+ in revenue

  • Speare: Led product team to ship our first MVP and performed all growth operations to bring in the first 7 customers (news publishers with 10M+ page views/month)

Over the last 3 years, I have learned product management, market-validity testing, product marketing, strategic thinking, stakeholder presentation skills, and client relationship management skills. I have experience in managing product (design + engineering) teams, and driving adoption of product development best practices.

    • Software Architecture Design - Developed scalable software architecture for MVP to meet cross-organization needs and integrate with existing protocols.

    • Product Development - Developed a demo-able MVP sync client that worked with 2 live cloud providers (2 REST APIs, Batch, C, C++).

    • Financial Strategy - Secured $22,000+ in cash or cash equivalents from business plan competitions and grants, accepted into Life Changing Labs Incubator, and grew revenue to nearly $50,000

    • Business Administration - Handled all legal (incorporation, team member agreements, statement of work contracts) and accounting work (maintained revenue and expenses books, managed payroll and taxes).

  • Why Do Consumers Hesitate to Shop Online: An Experimental Study on College Student Online Shopping BehaviorCornell University

    A conjoint experimental choice analysis of online grocery shopping behaviors:

    The purpose of the study was to find out if and how the delivery fee, time required to travel to store, time available to shop, and the purpose/nature of the trip affect consumers' perception on online grocery shopping. To perform our conjoint experimental choice analysis, a survey was conducted among a convenience sample of 545 Cornell University students. The results from this research study can be used to structure the pricing model and develop a strong marketing strategy for emerging businesses (in the grocery delivery industry) that are targeting college markets.

  • Novel Materials for More Efficient BatteriesCornell University

    Fall 2014

    Worked under Professor Wiesner to create a supercell all solid-state battery.

    • Aided in the experimental design, synthesis, and testing of metal oxide nanoparticles using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy techniques.

    • Synthesized crystalline lithium oxide nanoparticles for use in block copolymer derived nanostructures.
